I hope you all had a beautiful weekend! As for Brett and I, we joined a few of our good friends for a day out on the boat this past Saturday. It was definitely my kind of day since the sun was shining and the water activities were a complete blast. Check out the fun photos below that were captured that day. Although our weekend was very relaxing and insanely delightful, I was more than eager to get back to healthier habits today. See my meal and workout plan for the week below.
Meal Plan
Breakfast: Fried or scrambled eggs or Honey Nut Cheerios with almond milk.
Lunch: Leftovers
Dinner:
Monday: Brett cooked Pork Chops with asparagus and a cucumber and tomato salad tonight
Tuesday: Paleo Meatloaf with zucchini squash
Wednesday: I’ll be alone for dinner, so I’ll either have leftovers or breakfast for dinner
Thursday: Stuffed Sweet Potatoes
Friday: BBQ Chicken Pizza with a side salad
Workout Plan
Monday: Step Aerobics
Tuesday: Body Pump
Wednesday: Express Step Aerobics and cardio on my own
Thursday: Circuit Training
Friday: Cycling
