I hope you all had a beautiful weekend! As for Brett and I, we joined a few of our good friends for a day out on the boat this past Saturday. It was definitely my kind of day since the sun was shining and the water activities were a complete blast. Check out the fun photos below that were captured that day. Although our weekend was very relaxing and insanely delightful, I was more than eager to get back to healthier habits today. See my meal and workout plan for the week below.
Breakfast: Fried or scrambled eggs or Honey Nut Cheerios with almond milk.
Monday: Brett cooked Pork Chops with asparagus and a cucumber and tomato salad tonight
Tuesday: Paleo Meatloaf with zucchini squash
Wednesday: I’ll be alone for dinner, so I’ll either have leftovers or breakfast for dinner
Thursday: Stuffed Sweet Potatoes
Friday: BBQ Chicken Pizza with a side salad
Monday: Step Aerobics
Tuesday: Body Pump
Wednesday: Express Step Aerobics and cardio on my own
Thursday: Circuit Training

Group exercise classes (especially Step and Circuit Training) and swimming seem to be my go-to workouts lately, but today I decided to head to the TRX Suspension Trainer. I hope you all enjoyed your extended holiday weekend! As for me, I used my three day weekend to not only deep clean my home, but also to clean and organize all of the reception décor that we used for our wedding. This mainly involved removing candle wax from hurricane vases and candle votives. It was a tedious task, but I’m pretty proud to report that I successfully cleaned each and every piece.
