I hope you all had a beautiful weekend! As for Brett and I, we joined a few of our good friends for a day out on the boat this past Saturday. It was definitely my kind of day since the sun was shining and the water activities were a complete blast. Check out the fun photos below that were captured that day. A special thank you to Brett’s coworker Toby for the invite!

Although our weekend was very relaxing and insanely delightful, I was more than eager to get back to healthier habits today. See my meal and workout plan for the week below.
Breakfast: Fried or scrambled eggs or Honey Nut Cheerios with almond milk.
Monday: Brett cooked Pork Chops with asparagus and a cucumber and tomato salad tonight
Tuesday: Paleo Meatloaf with zucchini squash
Wednesday: I’ll be alone for dinner, so I’ll either have leftovers or breakfast for dinner
Thursday: Stuffed Sweet Potatoes
Friday: BBQ Chicken Pizza with a side salad
Monday: Step Aerobics
Tuesday: Body Pump
Wednesday: Express Step Aerobics and cardio on my own
Thursday: Circuit Training
Hope you all have a fantastic week!

Earlier this week she gave me a detailed packing list, and finally told me that we were heading to Austin. Woo hoo! Continue reading
Brett and I shared this past weekend alone together for the first time in what seemed like months. We absolutely love spending time with our family and friends, but this private weekend together was much needed. Especially since most of the weekends leading up to our wedding are filled with some sort of event or work for Brett. Continue reading
As always, I hope you all had a marvelous weekend! As for mine, it was definitely quite eventful, and also filled with quality family time as well as lots of yummy food. My weekend also started a day early since I took a vacation day on Friday in order to travel to New Orleans for my second wedding dress fitting. My dress fit perfectly, and I also found out that I’ll be able to take my dress home next weekend since all of the alterations will finally be done. Yay! Continue reading
